Pantai Pedelegan merupakan salah satu pantai kawasan wisata yang terletak di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Perairan Padelegan dekat dengan ekosistem mangrove, estuari dan berdekatan tambak garam. Ekosistem tersebut penunjang kesuburan perairan dapat diketahui dari kadar nutrient distribusi klorofil-a ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nutrien biomassa fitoplankton serta hubungannya parameter kualitas perairan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada sembilan titik. Metode digunakan menganalisis kandungan nitrat yaitu bursin asam sulfanilat, fosfat spektrofotometer secara askorbat, silika menggunakan metode nessler APHA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa memiliki berbeda-beda. Kadar nitrat, tertinggi titik empat daerah peralihan menuju laut lepas arah barat daya. Sedangkan ditunjukkan dua pesisir laut.
